RLP Franciscan Retreat Details

I have created a page with the dates and details for the upcoming Franciscan retreats at our church this summer. Originally we had a date in July, but we had to change it to the last weekend of June. Paul Soupiset was not able to be there in July. He's our musician/artist and pretty much indispensable.
We can only take 20 people at each retreat. There were a lot more than 60 who expressed interest. Of course, expressing interest and actually buying a plane ticket are two different things. Still, if you really want to come, you might consider signing up pretty quickly.
But don't worry. If this is well received, I'm sure we'll do it again.

I tried to email you, and the email got bounced. Said your email wasn't working... Anyhow, here's the message I originally sent.
My name is Xander Waites; I would like to come to the Franciscan
Retreat at your church the weekend of June 27-29. I live in Abilene,
so I will probably ride my motorcycle rather than purchase a plane
ticket. Is there still room for me? My wife is also very
interested, but needs to check with her work before she can commit
for sure; we'll let you know ASAP if she's interested, too. Either
way, I'm in if there's room.

The winds of matrimony preclude my bringing this up at home at the moment. I'm relying on my sensitivity to atmospheric pressure changes to prompt the conversation.

Hey Gordon,
I really want to come to one of these. Unfortunately, neither of the June dates works for me (and as close as I come to being clergy for the other retreat is being the husband of a defrocked Methodist pastor).
The good news is that the June dates don't work due to a planned TWO WEEK VACATION IN THE MOUNTAINS OF NEW MEXICO WITH MY FAMILY!!! If you can't tell, I'm pretty excited about that.
