We're Buying a House

Hi there. It's been a couple of days since I posted my last essay, and I don't have another one for you. I've got a number of things in the pipeline, but they all need serious work. They are in the coarse sandpaper stages.
The thing is, we're buying a house and we close on June 10th. I need to take a break from writing essays. I need to pack and do all the moving stuff. I have a bunch of things to put in boxes and the mortgage company wants a lot of paperwork.
Writing can be like cashing a hot check. I get completely caught up in it. When that happens, I just take whatever time I need and try to figure out how to cover the check later. That works okay for me normally, but now the time bank is overdrawn and family obligations are calling.
So you won't hear much from me for the next ten days.
I might drop in and tell you how the move is going. You know, chat a little. That would be okay, right? Then again, I might fall off the wagon and write an essay. If that happens, I guess everyone will know what a hopeless addict I really am.
One thing I am going to do is catch up on my email and update my links to include a lot of bloggers that I have contact with. I never seem to get around to doing that.
Anyway, I wanted you to know why I'll be scarce for awhile.
See ya soon,

Preacher
