I was knocking around Standing Room Only and I went to Hugh's fiction archive. Even though I read most of these stories when he posted them, somehow seeing them all together helped me to remember what a good writer he is. I sent Hugh an email that said, "Do people know you can write like this?"
Hugh is brave enough to allow complete understanding to be your responsibility. He does not explain everything, but leaves plenty of mystery and questions. I like.
I want to hold your hand and walk you through. This is something I'm working on.
