The first blog I ever read was Chick Truths. I don't know her name, but I like the way she writes. She has slowed down and might be on the verge of giving up. I hope she doesn't. Here's a good example of her work.
 
I love both2and: beyond binary. Pascale Soleil has “that kind of mind” and “that kind of writing.” It's the sort of thing you can fall in love with.
 
Mark Hoback is VERY well known amongst the Salon bloggers. Check out Fried Green al-Qaedas and don't' miss the Virtual Occoquan, a labor of love from Mark that features good writing from the salon crowd. Mark does it all - writes, compiles, leaves comments. How he does this I can't imagine.
