Stamping Christmas CDs

November 1, 2006 - 2:23pm

I'm getting the Shepherds' Story CD ready for sale. I had hoped it would be available today, but I've been delayed a day or two. Check back at the end of the week.

Hey man, sorry I made you nervous. I'll try to be more quiet next time I'm in your office. :-) --Jenerik

"Do your best work" "Let the chips fall where they may" "Leave something in the world after you die"....words that all of us creative types have to live by. Thanks Gordon, for just a bit more inspiration.

oh yeah, I can't wait to pop version 2 in the cd player

You are an awesome guy. Just thought I'd tell you that.

All the best!

Man, you seem like somebody I wish I could hang out with. I'll be buying one...in fact, perhaps I'll buy a few just to give away as gifts to people I think might enjoy them.

Awesome. :) I may buy several, like I did last year, and give them away to the same people I did before. I will certainly buy one for myself.

i'm thinkin' you could do a little series called "Mr. Atkinson's Library" and discuss writing, publishing, stamping. but, seriously, i had a Mr. Roger's flashback moment when you looked down to sign the CDs and said good-bye to us.

that was atticus, above comment, forgot to sign in.

I had a friend who is a rabbi. He said that he loved Christmas because he got to watch all these Christians run around being crazy and he could just breath a breadth

Hi RLP - will there be a downloadable version of the CD this year? Apologies if this has already been addressed. I looked through the blog and missed any answer on this. I do plan to purchase the Shepherds' Story regardless. Thanks.

Yes, there will be a downloadable version. At iTunes, msn, and I'm even considering offering the mp3 files on a plain CD for 8 bucks.

I like the convenience/speed aspect of this, however, I'm kinda thinking that it would be fun to have one of your personally-stamped ones. Cool idea, by the way.

Will you have last year's CD available this year as well? I'm thinking the book and CD would be a lovely gift. And I'd give them to other people too *grin*

Hi Gordon,

For us overseas purchasers will the postage arrangements be the same as last year?

I will need several CDs and some books!!

Thanks!

I can't remember what last year's overseas shipping thing was. We'll work something out.
