I am the daughter of an Anglican priest and work as a church secretary. I spent the last six years of my life working with autistic children, and now I am re-examining my calling and my vocation (which is, essentially, what my blog is about).
I was diagnosed with ADHD in February 2005, at the age of 28. It explains much about who I am, particularly my struggles with depression and anxiety. Medication is a wonderful thing, when you can find the right one.
I am also an artist (drawing, painting) and a musician (clarinet, guitar, singing, composing).
More than anything else, though, I am a writer. Words fascinate me, though they are sometimes not able to express my thoughts and emotions as fully as I would like.
