Friends of Real Live Preacher
I've been blogging at Real Live Preacher since 2002. In 2010 I quit my job as the pastor of Covenant Baptist Church in order to focus on writing and blogging here at RLP.
Since 2004 some very nice people have become "Friends of RLP". That means they send a little money to help support my writing and blogging. There are two ways to become a Friend of RLP:
- You can give a single donation.
- You can use paypal's monthly payment service to allow paypal to take a little money out of your account every month.
Details for how to make donations are at the bottom of this page. Whichever you choose, I'm very grateful.
I want to find a way to thank those who support the blog. That’s one of the things we’re talking about in the forum.
Thanks for your support and help over the years.!

Donation Methods
Note: Though I use Paypal for Friends of RLP, you do NOT need a paypal account. You may use any major credit or debit card.

Make a Donation ($60 or more
makes you a Friend of RLP)
Or Sign Up For A monthly
gift. (Also makes you a Friend of RLP)
Paypal has a handy monthly payment program. When you sign up, money will be automatically drawn from your debit or credit account. Note: Keep your signup information to make canceling easy for you, should you need or want to cancel.
Note:
Canceling is easy. There is a handy button for that
purpose at the bottom of this page.
Unfortunately, Paypal does not
currently have a monthly payment button that lets you select the amount and how
often you wish to give. I have some amounts listed below, all as a regular,
monthly gifts. However, if you
wish to give some other amount, say $23.67 each quarter, just email me and I'll
build you your own custom button. Yes, just
for you.

to give each month. Subscription instructions will follow

Use this button if you setup a monthly payment to RLP, but wish to cancel.
Thank you for your kind
support,
Gordon Atkinson (rlp)
IMPORTANT: Whatever money you give is certainly not tax deductible. Nor is it payment with intent to receive services. This is just friends helping a friend. For that reason, I NEVER delete anyone from my friend list. It's really not about the money. So if you pay for awhile and need to stop, you never stop being a Friend of RLP.
