Foy Davis is a fictional character that I created. I don't know exactly were he came from or what he means to me. His life parallels my own life in a strange way. We are both ministers, writers, and we both have three daughters. Beyond that, his life is his own.

I sometimes wonder if these stories aren't a proto-novel, something in the developing stages. But I don't know. I feel strangely compelled to write vignettes from throughout this man's life. The stories are in no particular order. Nor do I have any plan for what might come next.
